Find the work worth changing
Look at the tasks that repeat across a normal week: what triggers them, who handles them, where information comes from and where it gets stuck. A useful opportunity starts with a real process, rather than a list of fashionable tools.
Choose a proportionate solution
Some tasks need simple rules. Others benefit from AI interpreting an email, extracting information or preparing a draft. The right approach depends on volume, exceptions, cost and the judgement involved.
Make the business case visible
Compare the effort today with the work that would remain after automation. Include review time, subscriptions and maintenance. Reclaimed hours create capacity; they do not automatically become profit.
A sensible starting point
Bring one repetitive task, the software you use and an idea of how often it happens. We can use that to shape the next conversation. You do not need a technical specification to get started.
